Add a team member

Adding a name approves that person. You'll get a one-time setup code to give them. They use it once to choose their own password.

How it works

• New team member: add their name, tick the directories they work on, then give them the setup code in person or by Teams. They click “First time here?” on the login page.
• Directory access: agents only see the directories they're given. Change it any time with Edit next to a person, or Agents next to a directory. Admins see every directory.
• Someone leaves: click Turn off. They're signed out right away, even if they're in a directory, and can't sign back in.
• Forgot password or locked out: click New code and give them the new setup code. Their old password stops working.
• Setup codes expire after 14 days. Accounts lock for 15 minutes after 5 wrong passwords.
• New or changed directory: get a directory package file made up, then upload it under Directories.
